When Silkroad and Entelo merged to form Starboard, the newly-formed company needed a strong brand identity to represent their combined capabilities in the hiring and onboarding space. As the lead designer and branding expert, I worked closely with the Starboard team to create a cohesive and modern brand that highlighted their unique source-to-hire automation technology and strategic onboarding solutions. Through custom illustrations and a fresh color palette, we were able to visually communicate the benefits of the merger, positioning Starboard as a leader in the industry.
